How do I determine my correct frame size?
Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge, and temple length). We recommend checking the inside arm of your current glasses for similar numbers or using our Virtual Try-On tool for a precise digital fit.
Can I order prescription lenses online?
Yes, simply upload a photo of your valid prescription during checkout. Ensure your prescription includes your Pupillary Distance (PD). If it is missing, our online guide can help you measure it at home.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or vision, you can return them for a full refund or a one-time exchange at no extra cost.
How long will it take to receive my glasses?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. This includes the time required for our lab to custom-craft your lenses and perform a multi-step quality inspection before dispatching your order.
What types of lens coatings do you offer?
All BonLook lenses come standard with anti-scratch and anti-glare coatings. During the selection process, you can upgrade to blue-light filtering, polarized sun lenses, or ultra-thin high-index options.
Do you accept vision insurance?
While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we provide a detailed itemized receipt with every order which you can submit to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
