At BonLook, we want to ensure your frames fit perfectly and look great. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place your eyewear in its original case and packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
